2017 Costa Rica Workshop is now CLOSED for requests
In only 9 days you will be able to learn Extreme Macro, Regular Macro and High Speed Photography and take pictures like a pro.
Inflight hummingbirds and bats, maybe even amphibians!
My goal is to show you all thechniques and also to show you my favorite spots in this incredible country. You will come back home with dozens of award winning captures ;)
We will spend 3 days in Monteverde cloud forest, 2 days in La Fortuna close to El Arenal volcano, and 4 more days in Sarapiquí.
Ask me for dates! We can plan the trip of your life together
We will be taking pictures of the most incredible animals in Costa Rica, not only in the wild but in some other spots were we will be able to photograph some endangered species we would otherwise never find in the wild.
Max group size 2! Almost all companies claim to have small groups of up to 8 max, and honestly, this is insane! trying to teach such a big group is not easy and is far less productive. It is also uncomfortable to travel (Costa Rican orography is pretty irregular, and with a fully loaded van, pretty annoying). We will travel with the biggest and latest 4x4 available.
Length: 9 days (2 or 3 day extension is optional, I can provide a custom extension if you want to capture wild animals in remote places, etc..).
Starting point: Sjo Airport, pickup and 2 and a half hours drive to Monteverde.
Pace: relaxed, not many walks but some intense photography work!
Physical difficulty: Very Easy, only light walk in amazing spots.
Cost of the Workshop: 3500$/person (all acomodations designed for 1 person per room, so if you are travelling alone you wont have to pay additional charges, exactly, NO Single-Supplement).
A 1000$ deposit for securing the spot is required for hotel reservations etc..I will then require full payment for the workshop by 60 days out from the trip starting date.
